Paul has worked for Morgans Property Advisors for 23 years. He became a Director in 1990 and jointly owns the company with his wife Heather.

Paul has a progressive approach. As well as running a successful and long-standing business, he is also committed to ensuring that New Zealand's valuation industry is robust and future-focused.

Actively involved in the wider community, Paul is President of the Feilding Cycling Club, he is a past director of Valgroup and active member of the Te Kawau Pony Club. He is a former Chairman of PINZ Manawatu and Kopane School Board of Trustees. Paul is a keen cyclist and sportsperson, with a strong family interest in sport horses and the outdoors.
